Nice train to Lhasa from Guangzhou

I have taken a train tour from Guangzhou to Lhasa on Oct 2, 2007. The whole train trip will last 57 hours by about 800 Yuan for the hard sleeper.

Three groups of new-typed plateaus passenger trains has been on use. The fully enclosed compartments are all equipped with oxygen-breathing supply system, and the oxygen will always keep passengers comfortable. Besides, each of the seats is installed an oxygen-breathing tube. This kind of plateau train has different carriages including 8 hard berths (60 people in each), two soft berths (32 people in each), 4 hard seats (98 people in each), and 1 dining car. TV sets are installed in the sleeping berth and the dining car. On the train there are also bathroom and the electric water-heating system.

Hard sleepers are ok, but no space for upper passengers, the shake is a little bit large for the upper.
 
It is a nice train trip for me, but it is a pity that the train does not provide western food. I had to eat bread and milk which I bought at Lhasa train station.
