Get through "Rainy City" Yaan, along Qingyi River to see west of Sichuan plain sights; cross over the Erlang Mountain tunnel, appreciate lofty heroic posture of Erlang Mountain, look into the distance of Gongga Snow Peak, visit around Dadu River and gorge. (Air-condition travel car)

D3: Kangdin---Litang (294KM) Stay: Hotel
Cross over Duoze Mountain (4298 meter above sea level), Gaoershi Mountain and Kalazi Mountain. If it is a fine day, you may see the Gongga Snow Mountain, which is the highest of peak in Sichuan backyard. (Air-condition travel car)

D4: Litang---Shangdui---Daocheng (167KM) Stay: Daocheng town hotel
Visit Keer Temple in Litang, the palace of the third Dalai Lama and seventh Dalai Lama has been preserved. The Daocheng have an old name is "Dao Dam", it means the ancient king hope well to the people in his country in every thing especially the clothing and food. On the way you will get through the Rabbit Mountain, far away to see the heroic bearing of rabbits wait and see. To visit the Haizi Mountain spots. Haizi Mountain (4500 meter above sea level), it belongs to transversal mountain system Luli cordillera, it is the biggest ancient glacier relic in Tibet Qinghai Highland, named "Daocheng ancient cap of glacier". Stand on the Haizi Mountain, gaze into the distance, heaven and earth have no end; the spectacularity vision makes your heart vibrant.
There are 1145 big or small Haizi within 3200KM, and its consistency is unparalleled in our country. So its name is "Haizi Mountain". It is a piece of the sea of Mountain, the sea of stone, the sea of life; it is waiting for you to discover it, which only few people know!

D5: Daocheng---Riwa town---Yadin spot area (110KM) (pedestrianism 4KM) stay: Chonggu Temple
On the way to visit Gongga Langji Temple, Tibetan building, Manidui, Original Forest, you will arrive at Chonggu Temple, which is at the foot of Xiannairi Snow Peak in afternoon.

D6: Chonggu Temple---Luorong Cattle Farm stay: Camper Hotel
Visit around "Xiannairi" by horse, get through Luorong Cattle Farm, go up to "Milk Sea" "Five-color Sea", stroll in three mountains, at the foot of God Mountain, the tree are verdant, green grass reluctant to leave. The cattle tranquil eat the grass on the prairie, radiant and enchanting sunshine sprinkles its brilliance, and giving its the regards to the each of the three mountains. Come back to the Luorong Cattle Farm in the evening.

D7: Luorong Cattle Farm---Gewa (pedestrianism 11KM)
After breakfast, along the God Mountain, cross over Xishanyakou; arrive at Gewa, which is behind the God Mountain, and then camp in here.

D8: Gewa---Xialuo (pedestrianism 15KM)
Descending along the mountain, after visiting the south of mountain plains and north of mountain verdant, we arrive at Xialuo village, where the mountain is green and the water beautiful.

D9: Xialuo---Geka (pedestrianism 17KM) stay: Camper
Along the Shuiluo River, listen to the bubbly stream, feel the slow river wind, listen to the pick gold ship roar in Shuiluo River. We arrive at another beautiful Tibetan village---Kage. Their night is peaceful, under the brilliant moonlight; we will have a sweet dream in this village.

D10: Geka---Qiaotou (pedestrianism 10KM) stay: Camper
Leave from Geka and Gangzi, we'll go into the mysterious minority residence area---Liangshan Tibet residence area; sleep in camper in the evening.

D11: Qiaotou---Muli stay: Hotel
On the way get through Muli old town relic, see far away the Han-Tibet building, which is located on either side of the mountain channel. What will you think about? Visit Muli big Temple, it is famous all over the world for its big bronze bell, which is 30 meters high all over the world. You can receive the Hada, which from the Lama in the temple, and can drink mellow Suyou tea, and the thin pancakes from the temple.

D12: Muli---Lugu Lake Stay: Mosuo Hotel

Today we depart from Tibetan residence area to Yi reside area, then we arrive at the "Daughter country" Lugu Lake.

D13: Lugu Lake Stay: Mosuo Hotel
Mosuo Sheila Gelu goddess's heroic posture stand towering the lakefront, the beautiful tale adds more color to the originally mysterious Lugu Lake. The "Axia" and "Azhu" secrerly married and the female clan attracts so many tourists to go there.

D14: Lugu Lake---Li River
Visit: old city, square street, eat Naxi tasty food in the evening.
D15: Li River
Visit: Yulong Snow Mountain, Helongtan Park, discover Dongba culture.
