4x4 Wheel Drives: The East Tibet Folk and Customs

Look chengdu as the start and end point, entry into Kangba Tibet area. We can enjoy the gongga mountains, the glaciers,the famous historic city, Kangding, and the beautiful tagong grassland, the One thousand years Tibet style castles, the typical Jiarong branch Tibet style ancient building, and the named eastern ALPs, Siguniang mountain.

Itinerary:

D1 arrive Beijing
Sightseeing of the Tian'anmen city wall, the forbidden city, wander in the street. Taste the toast duck. Night in hotel.

D2 Beijing/chengdu
Take the mornign airline to chengdu. Visit the panda research center in the afternoon, and taste the sichuan cuisine in the night. Night in hotel.

D3 chengdu/hailuogou(moxi town)
Depart in the morning, after 140 km drive to Ya'an along the express way, and then turn to the 318 national road drive 210km to Tianquan town, go through the Erlangshan mountain tunnel via Luding to Kangding. We will enjoy the scenery of west Sichuan plain, the attractions of the valley of the Qingyijiang river, and the dangerous of Erlangshan mountains, appreciating of the King of Sichuan mountain in far distance, go over the Dadu river arrive in Moxi town where located in the foot of Gongga mountain. Night stay in the hotel.

D4 hailuogou / Kangding
Take bus to the third camp in the morning and go through the primitive forest by foot, reach to the glacier of Gongga mountain, sightseeing of the glaciers. And then depature from Hailuogou take bus back to Moxi, drive to Kangding via Luding. Sightseeing of the Luding bridge which over across in the Dadu river, appreciate the beautiful night scenery of Kangding city. Take shower in the hotspring. Night in hotel.

D5 Kangding /danba
Sightseeing of Horse run moutain, go through the Zheduo mountain, via the heaven of photomaker, xinduqiao. Visit Tagong grassland and Tagong monastery, enjoy the grand and beauty Yala sacred mountain in close distance. And entry into East valley which was called the natural miniascape. Arrive in Danba. Night in hotel.

D6 Danba sightseeing
Sightseeing of famous beauty valley of Danba, the special Tibet style castle, the grand and high one thousand years castle groups, the Dadu river valley, feeling and taste the folks and customs of Jiarong branch Tibet people.

D7 Danba/ rilong
Sightseeing of the valley scenery of Xiaojin river, the ancient Xiaojin city, and the folk and customs along the way. Arrive in the foot of Siguniang mountain, Rilong town. Nigh in hotel.

D8 sightseeing of Siguniang mountain
Siguniang mountain was called as the east ALPs, the scenery of this place is much attractive. Trekking or ride horse sightseeing of Changpinggou and Shuangqiaogou. Night in hotel.

D9 Rilong/Chengdu
Go through the 4230m Balangshan mountains and we will entry into the Giant panda protect area,visit the panda hall, sightseeing of the scenery of Minjiang valley, via dujiangyan back to chengdu. Night in hotel.

D10Chengdu/beijing
Take airline to Beijing, night in hotel.

D11 departure
